Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

-East Dallas-

ABA Vibe is currently hiring a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a heart for children in the autism spectrum and related developmental disabilities. ABA Vibe is the place to be if you desire to make a lasting impact in their lives and that of their families in a home environment with the help of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

While credentials, education, and experience are important (and these are certainly emphasized at ABA Vibe), the 7 core values above are qualities that the prospective team member must above all possess and cultivate to be a good fit at ABA Vibe.

$27 to $30/hour, depending on experience, academic degrees and/or certifications

You will become a key team member leading therapists alongside a supportive Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will guide you, make you feel at home, and show how much we value your contribution.

  1. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis
  3. Provide behavioral therapy and intervention services to clients
  4. Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  7. Provide clients care and support per professional standards

Other duties may include providing Direct Therapy as needed and supervising RBTs as needed.

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

ABA Vibe is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a heart for children in the autism spectrum and related developmental disabilities. ABA Vibe is the place to be if you desire to make a lasting impact in their lives and that of their families in a home environment with the help of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

$20 to $27/hour, depending on experience and academic degrees/certifications

You will become a key team member led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will guide you, make you feel at home, and show how much we value your contribution.

  1. Provide direct treatment to clients in individual and group sessions
  2. Provide quality 1-on-1 instruction (communication, social, play, and adaptive skills) to children with ASD, development disabilities, behavioral, social, and communicational challenges. This could at times include outings in the community and visits to the child’s school.
  3. Maintain daily session notes
  4. Record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
  5. Work under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment
  6. Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screenings
  • Proof of full immunization against COVID-19 or
  • A minimum availability of three weekdays or the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) for a total of no less than 15 hours
